Personally i'd call it 'Sperm'. They look like a bunch of things that don't know where they're going.
Anyway, lovely shot, bordering on confusing but that's the appeal. The slight blur on the people works too.  -- Check Out My Humble Gallery  I think I might be seeing double.
 Cool shot though, the fuzzy people are excellentCoooooool!!!! Seen it!!! Seen it!!! Me haz seen the building!! The only time I ever had english mud under my shoes I have seen it!!!!!!
